In spring, a colourful sea of apple blossom fills the valley with a sweet scent; in winter, the rocky giants are clothed in white; but the Isarco Valley is delightful all year round, with its fascinating mix of Mediterranean brio and alpine friendliness.

The Plose ski area has a total of 40 km, and the Gitschberg-Jochtal ski resort offers a splendid 55 km of slopes. Monte Cavallo has 17 km of slopes, the Ladurno family ski area has 18 km, and the Racines-Giovo ski resort offers you 25 km.
It’s no secret that the tastiest apples grow in Naz-Sciaves. But did you know that the Royal Festival is held on May 1st every year, to honour the apple and other South Tyrolean delights?
